Please join the Southwest Florida Potters Guild at 5:00 p.m. this coming Thursday, February 1st, as the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce welcomes us to the Chamber and the community with a Ribbon Cutting at the official Grand Opening of our Trabue Pottery Gallery at the Punta Gorda History Park. Light refreshments will be served, we'll have a raffle of several gift baskets, and you can browse through our members' beautiful pottery in the Gallery.
We’re so proud that we’ve grown to almost 60 members in less than one year, established a fantastic art gallery, displayed and sold our members’ works at two arts and crafts events (with a third event scheduled for March), and arranged a weekend demonstration with a nationally-recognized ceramics artist to be held next month in Punta Gorda. We look forward to seeing you at our celebration this Thursday.
